Introduction to Aromatherapy
Open Level Massage Workshop

Course Overview

Aromatherapy is an ever-popular field of complementary medicine, often used in conjunction with massage therapy. Apart from the wonderful diversity of the scents themselves, essential oils can be used in varying combinations and proportions to benefit an entire array of issues and conditions affecting the mind, the body and the spirit. The question that arises for most people when negotiating the art of aromatherapy for the first time though is this: where do I start?

Whilst not a diploma course in itself, this weekend is nonetheless aimed at giving massage therapy students and practitioners of all levels a solid foundation and a real insight into the art of truly holistic aromatherapy.  This knowledge will then be incorporated into hands on aromatherapy massage work both on the back as well as in depth work on the face.
