Immunity Care Clinics and Groups

Since 2001, Katyayani has been actively and consistently involved in offering specialist immunity health care provision and facilitating well-being groups for clients and patients living with the challenges of HIV+.

Registered as a medical aromatherapist by the NHS, she has worked in the HIV+ unit at a major London hospital, has offered programmes on residential retreats for HIV+ patients for the NHS’ ‘Living Well’ programme, has worked on a related addiction rehabilitation for the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham and has offered popular bodywork and healing clinics for the Complementary Health Trust, for the Terence Higgins Trust and for the River House Trust. For this last, she has also run a number of meditation and relaxation groups, workshops and days. She has been primarily based at River House throughout this time.

Individual Treatments and Sessions

Katyayani is currently offering weekly specialist massage, healing and bodywork clinics at the River House Trust in Hammersmith on Wednesdays between 10am and 2.30pm.

These sessions are offered in courses of between 4 and 8 appointments to be taken on a weekly basis. As they are funded by THT, treatments are offered free of charge for registered service users at River House, although a waiting list is in operation for this service.

For more information on the River House Trust (including the criteria on how to register as a service user), please visit www.riverhousetrust.org.uk

If you are not eligible to access individual sessions at River House or do not wish to join her waiting list there, Katyayani also accepts patients in the immunity care field on a private basis. For further information on her private practice, please click here.

Group Workshops

Katyayani is currently facilitating regular ‘Long Term and Older Survivors Group’ workshops at River House in Hammersmith.

These workshops take the format of an organic spiritual community group that aims to reflect and meet the needs of it participants through a mixture of discussion, written exercises, meditation, voicework, movement and so on.

The LTOSG workshops take place on most Mondays between 2 and 4pm at River House and are free of charge for registered service users of the project.
